EXCHANGE OR REFUND
Requests for exchanges are eligible within 10 days following the date of receipt of your order. Items on promotion or on sale are only eligible for an exchange or credit note.
The item to be returned must be in its original condition, and must not, without exception, have been worn or washed and must have all its original tags.

Describe the reason for the requested exchange and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Online:
Once you have our return agreement, you will return the item to us and upon receipt, we will return the desired item to you.
In-store:
You can come to the store in person with your purchase invoice.
BOUTIQUE NUANCE BJS Inc. is not responsible for returns if the merchandise is damaged in transit or not delivered.
A shipping fee of $15 plus taxes will be charged for all your exchanges or refunds. The shipping fee for the initial order is non-refundable.
